Overview

After seeing One True Game Studios show their hit indie sensation “Divekick” at Ultimate Fighting Game Tournament 8, Iron Galaxy decided to partner with the game’s creator to bring a fully realized version of the game to market on PSP, PS3, and Steam. An updated version of the game, “Divekick: Addition Edition Plus” would receive new playable characters and be ported to Xbox One and PS4.

Capabilities

DESIGN: Deconstructed the fighting genre with only two buttons and no directional inputs.

CHARACTER ART: 15 unique playable characters, each with their own story and lore.

WORLD ART: Concepted 8 unique stages and owned 2D art for character story panels.

ENGINEERING: Worked in the Phyre Engine to ensure a smooth PSP release of the game.

NETWORKING: Delivered Rollback net code implementation for smooth online play.

QUALITY ASSURANCE: Owned all testing to ensure the highest quality of the release.

PUBLISHING: Drove our own go-to-market strategy to launch and promote the product.
