Project Summary

This original creation began with a goal to breathe new life into the fighting game landscape with an innovation on the battle royale genre. The setting, Grapital City, was built from the ground up in Unreal Engine 4 as a living monument to the glorious traditions of competition. Building on past successes, the gameplay was designed to blend exploration with melee combat, for both solo players and teams. To give players a venue to express themselves, we developed a character creation system that combined a wide variety of body types and skin tones with a near-limitless assortments of customization options. The result was a new experience that received critical acclaim and spawned a passionate community of Rumblers.
